General terms and conditions

• For the safety of both our staff and your pet, it is essential that you inform us at the time of booking if your dog displays any challenging or aggressive behavior. This is to ensure the protection of everyone involved.
• I will not be held responsible for any injuries caused by your pet’s difficult or aggressive behavior.
• I also do not accept responsibility for any irritation that may occur after hand stripping is carried out.
• In addition, I will not be liable for any health issues that may be revealed or worsened during the grooming process. I will make every effort to inform you of any concerns I discover during the grooming session.
• If your dog has matting or knots, there will be an extra charge. This is because it is a time-intensive process that requires special care to avoid injury to the animal. Any additional products used for knot removal will also be charged.
• Flea baths will incur an additional charge, as the dog must sit in flea shampoo for 10–15 minutes to kill fleas, and the entire salon needs to be fumigated to prevent fleas from spreading.
• I will not be held responsible for any irritation that may occur after ear hair plucking or shortening.
• I do not provide anal gland expression services.
• All clients are required to use the portal or fill out, sign, and date a record card, agreeing to the disclaimer.
• Please ensure that your dog is well-exercised and has had a chance to toilet before their grooming appointment.
• Please be aware that a €30 deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable unless you notify me at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
• Deposits can be made by phone or in person, and they can be carried over to future appointments if needed.
• Please review the Privacy Policy below, which outlines our GDPR (Data Protection) practices.
• I reserve the right to take and use photos of your pet for social media, marketing, and educational purposes. If you do not want your pet’s pictures used for these purposes, please inform me at the time of your appointment.
